Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: 22 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aether Maison, the digital storefront and concierge services operated by Aether Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom with its principal address at 45 Oxford Street, London, W1D 2DZ.

1. Agreement to terms

By browsing our website, submitting enquiries, or placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services & availability

We curate luxury fragrances, limited editions, and bespoke gifting programmes. Product descriptions, editorial photography, and olfactory notes are published in good faith yet remain interpretive—individual perception may vary. We may modify assortments, pricing, or fulfilment partners with reasonable notice where feasible.

3. Orders & pricing

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for operational, compliance, or stock reasons. Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. Promotional mechanics will display clear eligibility windows; stacking offers is permitted only where expressly stated.

4. Payment & security

Payments are processed through certified payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers on our infrastructure. You warrant that payment details supplied are authorised. Chargebacks initiated without contacting our concierge team may delay resolution—please allow us two business days to investigate good-faith disputes.

5. Shipping, title, risk

Title passes upon full payment cleared. Risk transfers when the carrier obtains possession unless local law dictates otherwise. Fragile cargo is packaged to industry standards; inspect deliveries promptly and notify us within 48 hours of visible damage accompanied by photographic evidence.

6. Returns & statutory rights

Sealed fragrance products opened for hygiene reasons may be ineligible for return unless faulty. Customers in the UK retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Corporate gifting contracts may specify alternative return windows—such terms will supersede consumer defaults when properly executed.

7. Intellectual property

All Maison branding, layouts, photography commissioned by us, and written narratives remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not scrape, replicate, or misrepresent affiliation without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from fragrance sensitivities absent prior disclosure, supply chain disruptions outside our reasonable control, or third-party courier delays. Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where unlawful to cap liability.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights caused by materials you submit (e.g., infringing artwork in bespoke engraving requests).

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction, although consumers retain any non-waivable rights to sue in their home jurisdiction where EU/UK legislation applies.

11. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms may be addressed to [email protected] or via post to the registered address noted above.
